Founder's Note
Hi there! I’m Lyndsay—you can call me Lilo. I’ve always been the person that turns the party up a few notches, naturally putting me in charge of the fun :-)
It's been a wild journey, so here's the cliff notes;
Born and raised in Long Beach, California, I earned my BA in Communications and Marketing by 20 years old and was also planning weddings and special occasions. Then I went to law school, worked a couple of years at a law firm, took a leap into fashion design (hello, LA Fashion Week!), and finally, corporate event planning—where I found my true calling, to curate memories for people and to deliver imagination in real life.
To make it all happen, I hustled—working in hospitality to fund the agency, grow my network, and build a portfolio. Today, I’m proud to say Doza Circle is flying high, curating millions of memories with an incredible team, trusted partners, diverse markets, and clients I’m honored to work with. From photoshoots to arena sized events, the world is your oyster in what we can dream up together.
